We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the day-to-day field operations of our ground-up multifamily and senior living construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This role is responsible for overseeing every phase of construction-from site mobilization through final turnover-while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to IREG's high standards of quality.

About the Opportunity
As Construction Superintendent, you'll serve as the field leader responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout every phase of construction.
Working closely with Project Managers, Development, Ownership, and trade partners, you'll lead daily field operations while driving productivity, accountability, and successful project delivery.
This position is ideal for an experienced superintendent who enjoys building multifamily communities from the ground up while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
What You'll Own
- Lead all day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily and senior living construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel throughout every phase of construction
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to achieve critical milestones
- Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and contract requirements
- Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily safety meetings
- Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Monitor labor productivity and sequencing of work
- Coordinate inspections and obtain required approvals
- Manage punch lists and oversee project turnover through final completion
- Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and project records
- Partner with Project Management to monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up multifamily, podium, wrap, senior living, hospitality, or commercial construction projects
- Experience managing wood-frame multifamily construction strongly preferred
- Proven experience supervising all phases of ground-up construction through project completion
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and critical path management
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trade partners
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area
