THE POSITION:The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for the physical security of STACK's North American construction projects. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in security practices and management, tactically implementing best practices at data center construction sites.
The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for ensuring Contractor compliance with security requirements. This candidate must be comfortable identifying potential security gaps and recommending remediation solutions.
THE DETAILS:- Location: Northern Virginia
- Travel: Up to 50% to North American property locations
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:- 5 years of experience in security management preferred
- 2 years of experience in construction projects preferred
- Subject matter expertise in physical security processes and technologies
- Experience conducting inspections to identify security risks
- Experience investigating and documenting root cause analysis of issues
- Data center or construction site security experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with external security services firms
