Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; additional education and certifications are advantageous.
• 8-15 years of general contracting, construction inspection, or management experience in water/wastewater/stormwater projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledgeable in Soil Erosion & Sediment Control standards and specifications.
• Familiar with construction methods for pipeline identification, tracing, and pressure testing.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with subcontractors, clients, Owners, and Contractors.
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and mobile documentation devices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison on-site between the construction manager, Owner, and Contractor.
• Observe construction activities and verify compliance with approved submittals.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with the Contractor, Owner, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate third-party materials testing for soils and concrete.
• Work with client operations to manage construction activities impacting functionality.
• Maintain project documentation with redline drawings of installed materials and deviations.
• Assist with contract closeout documentation and construction schedule reviews.
