Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in AEC industries
• Eligibility for legal employment in the US
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to manage project schedules and documents through construction
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Korean preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings
• Conduct on-site assessments for project conditions
• Identify materials and perform quantity calculations
• Facilitate coordination of permit and bidding documents
• Prepare detailed construction bidding packages
• Process payments for professional services and contractors
• Compile refrigeration and equipment packages with precision
• Draft CAD and millwork detail drawings
