Full Job Description
Position Overview:

Certerra is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Construction Materials Group working in all sectors of the business including Government, Commercial, Residential, and Transportation. The Project Manager will help manage 40+ field technicians and 6 lab technicians supporting our operations in Winter Garden, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Support proposal generation and business development.
  • Work with clients to ensure projects are meeting their goals and needs, then communicate necessary adjustments to managements, teams, and owners.
  • Provide project and site management of geotechnical projects to ensure worksite and projects safety.
  • Ensure accurate client invoicing and reporting.
  • Maintain a positive working relationships with team members to interact with them on projects.
  • Collaborate with Certerra management and other teams to prioritize projects, workloads and needs.
  • Work within a team to resolve internal conflicts and avoid escalation of issues.
  • Engage in appropriate professional development to enhance performance.
  • Model appropriate professional standards.

Education/ Qualifications:
  • Florida PE license
  • Minimum BS in Civil Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) is preferred but not necessary.
