Description

Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of luxury residential projects throughout the Greater Asheville area.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, construction-savvy, and comfortable taking ownership of a project from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and trades to keep projects moving, address issues quickly, and make sure the finished work meets expectations.

Location: Greater Asheville, NC
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience
Additional Compensation: Project-based performance bonus opportunity

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day progress of residential construction and remodeling projects
• Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, and key deadlines
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades
• Review bids, proposals, plans, and project specifications
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and change orders
• Visit job sites regularly to assess progress and quality
• Identify potential delays or construction issues and work toward solutions
• Coordinate punch lists and final project details
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Communicate updates, expectations, and changes with clients and project teams
• Work closely with the design team to ensure plans are executed properly
