Seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead a major
VA Medical Center facility recapitalization program and manage design and construction activities onsite.
Requirements:- 10+ years of project management, design, engineering, or construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:- Federal government Owner's Representative experience
- PMP or CCM certification
- Medical facility construction experience on projects $30M+
Key Skills:- Manage schedule, budget, risk, quality, and construction activities
- Coordinate with VA, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders
- Review designs, submittals, proposals, and cost estimates
- Lead project meetings and maintain documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions
