The Opportunity

As a Construction Project Manager, you'll take ownership of reconstruction projects from initial inspection through final completion. You'll work directly with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reconstruction process.
  • Perform site evaluations, review project scopes, and help secure reconstruction projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining profitability goals.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Identify and manage change orders, project challenges, and customer expectations.
  • Conduct project walkthroughs, complete punch-list items, and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, leadership, and production teams.
  • Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
