Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Construction Project Manager to join our Area of Commercial Construction team located at the Silverstone Building working .

Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Manage projects in-progress by tracking RFI's, payables, and cost associated with the project, deliverin gjprogress reports to the direct report, and conducting site visits to ensure projects are completed to quality and safety standards
* Coordinates and supervises the construction project from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget, will be responsible for communicating completion expectations to all project stakeholders
* Coordinates inspections and responding in a timely manner to changes surfaced during the inspections
* Responsible for attending regularly scheduled OAC meetings
* Be a Liaison between the end user, architect, and contractor
* Evaluates and helps determine appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project
* Manage all aspects fo the project budgets, including FFE, AV, and IT
* Responsible for attending department meetings and for preparing accurate project progress reports for those meetings
* Respoinsible for any and all permiting required for the project
* Work with end user to assure the facility meets the form and function intended. Assist end user in transition into the facility
* Responsible for coordinating all warranty work up to 12 months after project completion
* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Knowledge of procedures, equipment, tools, and materials used in the construction, maintenance, modification, and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment and associated building plans and specifications
* Knowledge of computer programs in order to retrieve, update, and keep accurate details concerning construction projects and inspection results
* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
