Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in sprinkler or integrated systems.
• Knowledge of compliance with fire, NFPA, and building safety regulations.
• Ability to effectively schedule projects and manage subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of construction contract documents and coordination with contractors.
• Strong communication skills for project documentation and stakeholder interaction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Desirable: Proficiency in AutoCAD or SprinkCAD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimators and designers to prepare project documentation.
• Schedule and order materials for installation projects.
• Maintain safety and risk management protocols at job sites.
• Monitor and document project budgets and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the VSC team regarding project specifications and changes.
• Review and coordinate project contract documents with subcontractors.
• Ensure timely submission of necessary project approvals and communications.
