Full Job Description
Williams is seeking a Construction Manager Sr. to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of pipeline and facility construction projects. This role provides leadership to construction and inspection teams, manages contractor performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You'll Do
  • Lead construction planning, estimating, and contract management activities.
  • Support QA/QC staffing, cost control, schedule management, and project reporting.
  • Participate in contractor qualification, selection, and contracting strategy.
  • Review contractor schedules, execution plans, and change requests.
  • Manage construction progress tracking and project closeout activities.
  • Audit inspection processes and documentation.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks and claims.
  • Provide field leadership to inspection and construction teams.
  • Champion a strong safety culture throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 8 years of related construction experience.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting large capital projects ($50M+).
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with natural gas pipelines, midstream facilities, or processing plants.
  • Knowledge of pipeline systems, construction practices, and industry software.
  • Natural gas operations experience.

Work Environment & Travel
  • Field-based role requiring work in varying weather and construction environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stand, walk, and work at heights as needed.
  • Up to 75% travel required.
