Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (required; no substitutions)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required
- OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting major construction projects in a construction management, inspection, program controls, or construction administration capacity
- Experience working in active construction environments performing inspections and coordination
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems within construction projects
- U.S. Citizenship required (for clearance eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting federal or VA construction projects
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with construction management tools and documentation workflows
Key Responsibilities- Support construction activities through coordination with contractors and project stakeholders
- Perform field inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance
- Review construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
- Identify deficiencies and support QA/QC efforts throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA requirements
$120,000 - $135,000 a year
