Description

Markon is seeking a Project Manager/Construction Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. This individual will assist the government with project management, requirements development, stakeholder engagement, and status reporting for the Facilities Project Management enterprise. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage construction efforts 
  • Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel and government stakeholders  
  • Conduct construction inspections to ensure conformance with design specifications and building codes 
  • Provide daily and weekly project status reports 
  • Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams and stakeholders 
  • Review shop drawings and submittals, and/or RFI’s 
  • Host and facilitate Utility Assistance Request (UAR) meetings between stakeholders and the general contractors to accommodate building outages 
Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex projects 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project 
  • Proficiency with leading multi-discipline teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations, and monitoring/reporting project status 
  • Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement 
  • Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings/specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices 
  • Desired: 
  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification 
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification 
Salary RangeUSD $110,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
