Summary:

At BrandSafWay, our Construction Managers play a key leadership role in delivering safe, efficient, and profitable scaffolding and access projects. This position bridges the gap between Sales, Field Operations, and Customers, ensuring projects are planned effectively, staffed appropriately, and executed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience, preferably in scaffolding, industrial services, access solutions, or related construction operations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, crews, schedules, and customer relationships.
  • Experience managing scaffold erection, dismantling, and modification projects.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, estimating, labor management, and productivity tracking.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a project management or operations leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices, OSHA regulations, and jobsite risk management.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to customer sites and project locations as needed.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and scope documents.
  • Proficient with project tracking, scheduling, and cost management tools.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
What You'll Do
Safety Leadership
  • Champion BrandSafway's commitment to a zero-incident safety culture.
  • Ensure all crews comply with OSHA requirements, company safety policies, and customer site requirements.
  • Promote active participation in safety programs, observations, and jobsite inspections.
  • Maintain and review all required safety documentation and records.
Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead project handoff meetings with Sales to thoroughly understand customer expectations, scope, schedules, and site requirements.
  • Develop execution strategies that support safe, efficient scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Estimating & Operational Review
  • Partner with the Sales team to review project estimates, labor projections, and scaffold scope requirements.
  • Validate labor hours, equipment utilization, and access solutions prior to project startup.
  • Provide feedback that improves bidding accuracy and operational efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary project management contact after the project is awarded.
  • Build trusted relationships with refinery, industrial, commercial, and construction customers.
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Financial Performance & Cost Control
  • Monitor project profitability by comparing estimated versus actual labor hours and project costs.
  • Collaborate with Field Construction Managers to identify productivity improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Partner with billing and operations teams to ensure accurate project invoicing and change order capture.
Equipment & Material Coordination
  • Oversee scaffold equipment utilization and inventory management.
  • Ensure packing slips, receipts, and equipment documentation are submitted promptly.
  • Manage material shortages, returns, and equipment transfers to support uninterrupted project execution.
