Job Summary
The Construction Financial Analyst will report to and work closely with the Executive Director of Enterprise Masterplan and Planning, Design and Construction, the construction management team, purchasing, finance, and ISD to analyze and reconcile capital project finances and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have experience with managing multiple construction projects, and large budgets ($100M+). Healthcare or related experience a plus. A background in Civil Engineering / Construction Management Finance is preferred.
Pay Range
Minimum $78,229 Midpoint $103,667 Maximum $129,085
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
• Required: Minimum four (4) years of cost accounting, budgeting and construction accounting experience.
• Preferred: Experience utilizing Excel, SharePoint and Power BI (or similar) for cost reporting
Education
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relate field. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of education.

Specialized Skills
• Required: Ability to exercise independent judgement. Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computerized financial systems. Knowledge of financial statement preparation. Conversant with contract terms; strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work in varying environments; detail-oriented and able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with others. Be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure. • Preferred: Knowledge construction project management software and enterprise business software.
