B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to lead site operations for our
UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project. We value top-tier talent and offer a competitive salary ranging from
$95,000 to $115,000/year, plus
per diem to support your travel!

Qualifications- Underground Utility Expertise: Solid background in underground utility installation, heavy equipment operations, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing field crews, driving job-site safety, and coordinating subcontractors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency reading blueprints and drawings, with working knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel 100% of the time along the project corridor (Panguitch/US-89 region).
