Responsibilities
Job DescriptionThis position involves monitoring construction activities for test bed facilities, test articles, test tunnels, and test support facilities while evaluating matters related to schedule updates, work in progress, potential issues and resolutions, quality assurance on quality control measures, and performance of the performer. The role requires gathering all pertinent information on behalf of the Government while monitoring a construction project and submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports with recommendations to address any issues concerning schedule, safety, engineering and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor test bed, test article, test tunnel, and test support facilities construction activities
- Submit quality assurance reports covering schedule updates, work in progress, potential issues and resolutions, quality assurance on quality control measures, and contractor performance
- Gather all pertinent information on behalf of the Government during construction project monitoring
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
- Make recommendations to address issues concerning schedule, safety, engineering and Quality Assurance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited school and 8+ years of engineering construction management experience OR Master's degree in an Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited school and 6+ years of engineering construction management experience
- PMP Certified
- OSHA 30-hour certification or EM-385 40-hour certification
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. US Citizenship is required.
Desired Qualifications
- US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Control Management for Contractors certification (must be completed upon employment)
- Underground Awareness Training
- Confined Space hazards, safe entry procedures, and rescue protocols training

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range
USD $94,590.00 - USD $147,715.00 /Yr.
