The Construction Contract Administrator (CCA) provides leadership for construction phase services by serving as Moseley's point of contact during interactions with owners and contractors. A CCA is responsible for managing the timeliness and quality of all related construction phase administrative actions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years construction administration or construction management experience
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with all project participants, including but not limited to internal team members, clients, owners, and consultants in an effective and collaborative manner
- Conduct regular site visits to observe construction progress, ensure compliance with contract documents, and prepare detailed field reports
- Lead and document project meetings, including preparation of agendas and distribution of meeting minutes
- Review and interpret project-related agreements, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance and clarity for small to medium-size projects
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Perform architectural submittal reviews in accordance with project timelines and company standards; Monitor and manage timeliness of review when performed by others
- Prepare contract modifications and review cost proposals for accuracy and consistency with project scope
- Evaluate contractor payment applications and confirm accuracy with work-in-place and approved schedules
- Maintain comprehensive and organized project records throughout the duration of the project
- Oversee the color and finish selection process, including sample coordination and final approvals in collaboration with clients and design teams
- Conduct Substantial Completion inspections and manage creation of punch lists and follow-up
- Manage and execute the project closeout process, ensuring delivery of all final documentation, as-built drawings, and warranty materials
- Provide mentorship to emerging professionals
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
- Capable or working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
- Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential problems and designing solutions as necessary
- Proficient knowledge of cost analysis and estimating
- Strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Working knowledge of applicable codes/standards, and construction documentation
- Ability to navigate active project sites to observe work in progress with the ability to climb ladders, access scaffolding, and lift up to 25 lbs. as necessary
- Maintaining a valid driver's license required and be available to travel to various project sites as required
Software Proficiencies:
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Bluebeam experience preferred
- Procore experience preferred
Compensation: $90,000-$115,000. Annual salary is commensurate with education & experience.
