In this role, you will partner with the Superintendent to help manage day-to-day job-site activities. Responsibilities include coordinating and directing construction tasks, supporting field staff and subcontractors, and helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements such as plans, specifications, and contract documents. You will play an important role in maintaining project schedules, controlling costs, and upholding quality standards, all while aligning with the company's Mision, Vision, and Values.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Lead Foreman on medium to large construction projects, with responsibilities including scheduling, material ordering, field coordination, safety, quality control, and production oversight
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or field operations is strongly preferred; experience with government, military, or large commercial projects is a plus
- Previous experience working in a design-build environment is advantageous
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent on federal construction projects preferred
- Experience working in secure or controlled-access environments (such as military bases or government facilities) is desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications required; additional training available if needed
- Familiarity with construction software such as Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit is a plus
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certification, EM-385, and STS credentials required (training can be provided)
- LEED Green Associate certification is a plus
