Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction accounting or project-based accounting
• Strong understanding of construction job costing, AIA billing, and WIP reporting
• Proficiency in construction accounting software such as Foundation
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, and state/local tax regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional project teams
