JOB SUMMARY

The Consolidated Finance Manager position is within Prolink's Finance Department and is responsible for the consolidation, analysis and reporting of financial results across the organization. This role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A and business leaders to deliver timely and accurate financial information, support executive decision making and ensure consistency across financial reporting processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation processes.
  • Coordinate the aggregation and reconciliation of financial results across business units.
  • Prepare consolidated balance sheet, income statement and cash flow reporting packages.
  • Manage and document top-side adjustments and consolidation entries.
  • Support executive reporting, Board of Directors materials and lender reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Accounting leadership to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to align actual results with forecasts, budgets and strategic plans.
  • Provide financial analysis, scenario modeling and decision support to leadership.
  • Support operating expense and capital planning processes.
  • Develop reporting enhancements and process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate key financial trends, risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A or financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, consolidations and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling and complex analysis.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.


PREFERENCES
  • CPA, MBA or other relevant professional designation.
  • Experience within the professional staffing industry.
  • Experience utilizing automation, business intelligence tools or AI-enabled analytics solutions.
