Joignez-vous à l'équipe d'Évaluation et Gestion des risques chez JLL à titre de Conseiller(e) principale et devenez un acteur clé dans la réalisation de mandats d'évaluation immobilière complexes et stratégiques.   • Réaliser des mandats d'évaluation immobilière complets pour des dossiers complexes impliquant des actifs à usage unique, de vastes terrains, des expropriations et des litiges
  • Rechercher et collecter des données provenant de ressources internes et externes afin de faciliter des processus d'évaluation précis et défendables
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les membres seniors de l'équipe pour créer, réviser et préparer des rapports narratifs complets destinés au dépôt auprès des tribunaux du Québec (AACI ou EA)
  • Préparer et participer activement aux séances de négociation avec les parties prenantes et les représentants juridiques
  • Améliorer continuellement vos compétences professionnelles et vos connaissances du marché par la participation à des conférences sectorielles, des programmes de formation en ligne et des opportunités de développement professionnel

Qualifications requises :
  • Baccalauréat en administration avec spécialisation en gestion immobilière, combinaison de certificats incluant l'immobilier, ou formation équivalente
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en évaluation et expertise immobilière
  • Membre actif en règle de l'Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer en français (parlé, lu et écrit), le bilinguisme français-anglais constitue un atout
  • Maîtrise démontrée de la suite Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows et Adobe Acrobat

In this specialized role, you will conduct valuations for unique-purpose assets, large-scale land holdings, expropriation cases, and litigation matters, working directly with senior team members to prepare comprehensive narrative reports for filing with Quebec Courts. You will leverage your expertise as a member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec to provide critical insights that support legal proceedings and negotiations. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to apply your technical expertise and analytical skills to challenging assignments while advancing your professional development in one of the most dynamic segments of commercial real estate valuation and risk advisory services.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Conduct comprehensive real estate valuation mandates for complex cases involving unique-purpose assets, large-scale land, expropriation, and litigation matters
  • Research and collect data from internal and external resources to facilitate accurate and defensible valuation processes
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to create, edit, and prepare comprehensive narrative reports for filing with Quebec Courts (AACI or EA)
  • Prepare for and actively participate in negotiation sessions with stakeholders and legal representatives
  • Continuously enhance your professional skills and market knowledge through participation in industry conferences, online learning programs, and professional development opportunities
  • Support the team with additional reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned to ensure successful mandate completion


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration with a focus on real estate management, combination of certificates including real estate, or equivalent education
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in real estate valuation and appraisal
  • Active member in good standing of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (Quebec Order of Chartered Appraisers)
  • Excellent ability to communicate in French (spoken, read, and written), bilingual French and English is an asset
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong knowledge of key themes and trends impacting capital markets and investment real estate
