JOB DESCRIPTION

Help shape how we deliver highly personalized money movement and payments experiences at scale. In this role, your insights will influence product decisions and strengthen controls, risk, and regulatory outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders and product owners to connect behaviors to actions that improve customer engagement. As a Senior Associate in Connected Commerce Controls Analytics, you will partner with product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights across descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. You will define metrics, identify and source data, build queries, and create executive-ready reporting that supports customer engagement strategies while advancing controls, risk, and regulatory priorities. You will translate complex data into clear narratives that enable leaders to decide if, where, when, how, and whom to engage for stronger customer outcomes. You will also help optimize and automate recurring reporting to improve speed, quality, and consistency.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the analytics portfolio supporting Connected Commerce product owners in partnership with the Analytics Lead
  • Define success metrics and measurement approaches aligned to customer engagement and controls priorities
  • Source data, develop queries, and create reporting products that enable actionable decision-making
  • Build and maintain high-quality data points using best practices to reduce redundancy and improve reliability
  • Rationalize complex, normalized executive reporting datasets to enable easier cross-organization consumption
  • Develop program management reporting and analysis for the Connected Commerce Controls portfolio with the Executive Director and team
  • Partner with product, data management, strategy, and technology teams to gather requirements and clarify objectives
  • Translate analysis into meaningful insights and present clear, compelling stories to stakeholders
  • Optimize, automate, and productionize recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Facilitate cross-functional learning by sharing methods, insights, and reusable assets across the data and analytics community

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) for analytics and reporting
  • Use Alteryx and Tableau (or comparable data visualization tools) to create insights and reporting outputs
  • Explain complex concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of analytics expertise
  • Translate business questions into measurable metrics, data requirements, and analytical approaches
  • Present insights effectively through strong written and verbal communication
  • Execute work independently by showing initiative and following through on deliverables
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong organization skills
  • Apply operational business knowledge of processes, data, controls, and technology platforms
  • Demonstrate familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and tools, including Amazon Web Services and Snowflake

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor27s degree with 3+ years of analytics experience
  • Industry experience in operations, marketing, credit and risk, technology, or finance
  • Perform advanced data wrangling in enterprise-scale database environments (for example: Teradata, Hadoop, or Amazon Web Services) using joins, sub-queries, and advanced functions
  • Apply data visualization techniques for analysis and presentation (Tableau preferred)
  • Use Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com to support delivery planning and documentation
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
