Job Summary

The Configuration Management Support Specialist develops and maintains DoD system support documentation and ensures configuration control processes are properly executed across program activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Configuration Management Support will develop and maintain system support documentation in accordance with DoD standards, support configuration control and baseline management activities, track hardware/software changes through approved CM tools, and coordinate documentation and configuration updates across technical teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Required) Minimum of two (2) years' experience developing DoD system support documentation
(Desired) Experience with Linux, Windows, VMWare, Ansible. Familiarity with Cisco, Trellix. Experience using CMPro and JIRA for configuration and workflow management.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline (Preferred)

Clearance Requirement

Secret (Minimum)
