Arete is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Engineer to support and lead document control processes across the full product lifecycle-from development through sustainment and end-of-life. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $140,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills Engineer 2, Configuration Management: $75,000 to $90,000 for an Engineer 2 [minimum experience of BS 0-5 years, MS+0 3 years] Staff Engineer, Configuration Management: $90,000 to $115,000 for a Staff Engineer [minimum experience of BS+5 years, MS+3 years] Senior Engineer, Configuration Management: $120,000 to $140,000 for a Staff Engineer [minimum experience of BS+7 years, MS+5 years]
