Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in configuration/change management within an enterprise IT setting.
• Familiarity with operation and audit of CMDB.
• Proven ability to facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings.
• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and reporting.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Tier 1 Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document and track approval and deployment of infrastructure Configuration Items (CIs) within the ITSM system.
• Maintain the integrity and operation of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Create visual dashboards for change metrics and status reporting.
• Deliver real-time CI data to stakeholders using the CMDB.
• Ensure all qualified changes are accurately recorded and baselined in the CMDB.
• Train change coordinators on CMDB functionality and change request procedures.
• Conduct configuration audits to assess and manage unauthorized changes.
