Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 4 years of equivalent experience without a degree
• Strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices
• Proficient with CM tools for status accounting and baseline management
• Experience managing CM plans and change control processes for complex systems
• Knowledge of engineering change processes including ECPs, RFDs, and NORs
• Skilled in conducting and documenting Functional and Physical Configuration Audits
• Familiar with DoD data management systems like DITPR
• Active TS/SCI clearance required

Responsibilities

• Support the CM Lead in establishing and maintaining a configuration management process
• Identify, document, and verify functional, performance, and physical system characteristics
• Assist stakeholders in managing change control processes for ECPs, RFDs, and NORs
• Help the CM Lead with planning, conducting, and documenting FCAs and PCAs
• Manage hardware and software configuration data using government systems
