Concrete General SuperintendentLocation: Virginia (coastal from VA Beach to south of DC)

Overview Responsibilities - Lead multiple project teams and field leaders in the DMV region, focusing on notable projects in concrete construction.
- Support safety, quality, production, and scheduling efforts to ensure project success.
- Manage manpower planning and workforce development initiatives.
- Mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Foremen to build a strong, capable team.
- Build and maintain strong client and project team relationships.
- Contribute to the long-term growth and strategic direction of the business.
Requirements - Minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience, with a background in structural concrete, data centers, commercial construction, healthcare, industrial, or high-rise/mixed-use projects.
- Proven leadership experience as a Superintendent, Area Superintendent, or Operations Manager in concrete or related construction fields.
- Strong knowledge of materials management, site supervision, safety standards, and project coordination.
- Excellent mentoring, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to effectively oversee large-scale concrete operations and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Experience with materials management, supervision, and project execution in the concrete industry.
