PAY, SCHEDULE, AND BENEFITS:
• Base pay: $63.17 per hour
• Weekly pay

• Typical daytime schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., depending on the project

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman who wants to help build a high-performing crew and one of Hawaii's strongest construction companies.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The Concrete Foreman leads the crew and executes the daily work plan developed with the Superintendent.

You will be responsible for:
• Directing daily concrete crew activities
• Communicating the daily plan and pour plan
• Achieving assigned production targets
• Verifying forms, rebar, embeds, blockouts, and pour readiness
• Ensuring work follows plans, specifications, and finish requirements
• Maintaining safety, quality, and jobsite organization
• Tracking production quantities and concrete yardage
• Submitting accurate daily reports and timecards
• Reporting field problems early
• Preventing avoidable rework, waste, and downtime
• Training and developing Leadmen and crew members
• Holding the crew accountable while treating people with respect

CLEAR OWNERSHIP
• The Project Manager owns contracts, finances, change orders, and owner communication.
• The Superintendent owns field planning, overall schedule execution, manpower, equipment, materials, and major coordination.
• The Foreman owns the crew, daily execution, safety, quality, reporting, and production.

You will have defined responsibilities, authority, and leadership support.

THE WORK
• Structural and cast-in-place concrete
• Footings, walls, columns, decks, and slabs
• Sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gutters, and hardscape
• Formwork, shoring, and reinforcing steel
• Concrete demolition and replacement
• Spall and structural concrete repairs
• Bridge deck and expansion-joint work
• Roadway and infrastructure improvements
• Government and commercial projects

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least three years leading concrete crews as a Foreman, Working Foreman, Leadman, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcing, placement, finishing, and curing
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and structural drawings
• Ability to organize crews and track production
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to complete company-paid training within 60 days
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Availability for scheduled night, weekend, and extended-hour assignments
