Le candidat doit posséder des connaissances en moteurs à turbine à gaz, de solides compétences en communication, ainsi qu'une compréhension fondamentale de la modélisation par éléments finis (FEM) et des principes de vibrations.

Les responsabilités du candidat porteront généralement sur une ou plusieurs des activités suivantes :
  • Contribuer avec la connaissance de la discipline pour concevoir des composants
  • Contribuer avec la connaissance de la discipline pour les enquêtes de composants du terrain
  • Effectuer une analyse par éléments finis des composants assignés
  • Analyser des composants de turbines et de transmissions, notamment les aubages de turbine, joints d'étanchéité, carters, déflecteurs (baffles), engrenages, boîtiers et autres équipements associés.
  • Préparer des demandes d'essais de validation vibratoire pour les composants assignés.
  • Évaluer les résultats des essais de validation vibratoire et formuler des conclusions techniques ainsi que des recommandations.
  • Préparer la documentation d'ingénierie et de certification relative aux composants assignés.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à gérer et à prioriser plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Avoir complété un Baccalauréat en Génie Mécanique ou Aéronautique avec un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience

The position is based at our Longueuil establishment, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Areas of Expertise:

What will your day-to-day look like?

The candidate's responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following:

Actively support and contribute discipline-specific expertise to Design Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Actively support and contribute discipline-specific expertise to Field Investigation IPTs.
  • Perform finite element analyses (FEA) of assigned components.
  • Analyze Turbine and Transmission components, including turbine airfoils, shrouds, seals, casings, baffles, gears, housings, and related hardware.
  • Prepare vibration validation test requests for assigned components.
  • Evaluate vibration validation test results and provide technical conclusions and recommendations.
  • Prepare engineering and certification documentation for assigned components.
