Job Description

Compliance Program Manager (Operations and Investigations):

The Compliance Program Manager supports the Corporate Compliance Program by ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and corporate integrity commitments within Philips AM&D Business.

Your role:
  • Support the Compliance Officer in managing the Corporate Compliance Program and providing guidance on business activities under a Corporate Integrity Agreement.
  • Develop and implement risk-based auditing and monitoring plans to detect, address, and mitigate compliance risks across commercial operations.
  • Review commercial strategies, contracts, and materials to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate review and approval of contracts, sponsorships, educational grants, and consulting agreements.
  • Deliver compliance training and support investigations into potential fraud, waste, or abuse, while maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness.


You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 6+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or health technology industries, with progressive responsibility.
  • You have 5+ years of experience managing compliance programs aligned with federal healthcare regulations including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Sunshine Act.
  • Your skills include experience with compliance auditing, contract review, and data tools such as SAP ERP, MS Access, Excel, and Power BI.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; compliance certifications (CHC, CCEP) are a plus.
  • You are a self-directed, analytical professional with strong communication skills and experience working in matrixed organizations.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in MA is $125,000 to $198,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
