Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, Nursing or related field required.
• Minimum of three years auditing experience, preferably in an ambulatory/clinic setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations in hospital and clinic environments.
• Strong time management and conflict resolution skills expected.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities to identify trends and interpret results.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• CHC certification required; other health care certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Emanate Health Compliance Program audit initiatives across all enterprises.
• Manage ambulatory services coding audits and ensure compliance in coding practices.
• Supervise Managed Care Hierarchical Condition Coding (HCC) audits to maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct Chart-to-Charge audits to verify accurate billing and documentation.
• Travel to multiple worksites as necessary for compliance audits and evaluations.
