Pay Range: $64600 - $100430

What you'll bring - Understanding of regulatory frameworks with the ability to analyze compliance requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements, especially in unionized environments
- Administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and urgency in high- volume or deadline-driven settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or compliance tracking systems to manage and report critical data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and clear communication style
