3+ years of experience in Feed Mill, Hatchery, Grow-out, and Plant Operations
Strong computer skills with expertise in spreadsheet creation and formulation
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate complex activities to produce profitable and quality products safely and on time
Coordinate production units to meet company and complex goals while minimizing waste
Establish complex objectives that identify production requirements
Provide leadership for maintaining a safe environment and community relations
Mentor and assist managers in preparing for higher responsibilities

Full Job Description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities and efforts of the complex in order to produce profitable, quality products within a safe environment and in a timely manner that meets the needs of the customer.
Coordinate production units to achieve company-wide and individual complex goals with a minimum amount of waste or rework.
Establish complex objectives, identifying the requirements to meet production needs.
Provide leadership and direction in establishing a safe environment and a "Good Neighbor" policy with the community.
Provide direction and assist in the development of managers for promotion to higher levels of responsibility.
Evaluate capital projects to determine feasibility.
Approve all salaried hires, overseeing complex's salaries and wages.
Responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.
All other relevant duties as assigned.
