DescriptionCOMMUNITY DIRECTOR - Carmel at Woodcreek West (Roseville, CA)Your Role: Community DirectorAs a Community Director, you will manage the sales process, community operations and team management programs at Carmel at Woodcreek West, a 222-home Lewis-owned apartment community, located in Roseville, CA. What You'll Do- Consistent leadership of your Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff, including hiring, motivating, monitoring, and rewarding your team (Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Community Director, Maintenance Technician, and Leasing Consultant).
- Supervision of sales, leasing, and marketing activities
- Prepare and analyze budget reports, occupancy reports, and variances.
- Ensure and promote resident satisfaction through effective follow-through and leadership
- Utilize company software, including OneSite, MS Office (Word, Excel) and YieldStar
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of property management experience, with a strong supervisory background
- Proven knowledge of property budgets, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
- Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus
