Join our highly talented Consumer Banking public relations team in an exciting and dynamic work environment.

As a Senior Associate in the Consumer Banking public relations team, you will support a diverse portfolio of external communications initiatives, advancing strategic priorities focused on financial health and integrated campaigns in partnership with Marketing and regional teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support external communications across a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives, including financial health priorities such as Chase Money Skills, ensuring clear and consistent storytelling aligned to business objectives.
  • Execute integrated communications campaigns in partnership with Marketing and regional teams, including national moments, targeted market activations, and partnership-driven efforts
  • Draft and refine press materials, messaging, and campaign content that translate business priorities into compelling external narratives.
  • Manage media engagement across national and regional outlets, building relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to elevate key stories.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and deliver content across earned, paid, and social channels, ensuring alignment and quality execution.
  • Identify proactive storytelling opportunities that support business priorities and enhance the firm's reputation across priority audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and campaign performance, delivering insights to inform future strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Partner across internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, message consistency, and effective execution across a complex, matrixed organization.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism, with experience in corporate and/or agency environments.
  • Experience supporting integrated communications campaigns across earned, owned, and paid media.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting media relations efforts, including outreach, relationship management, and securing coverage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, business, and external partners to deliver coordinated communications programs.
  • Comfort with media monitoring and measurement, with the ability to translate coverage and data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute with accuracy and consistency.
