Qualifications

• Hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills are beneficial.
• Ability to take initiative on tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business marketers to develop comprehensive communications strategies.
• Support change initiatives and draft communications for cascading messages to teams.
• Create and implement communication plans for content distribution across channels.
• Ensure messaging alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships as a subject matter expert and brand champion.
• Stay informed on goals, priorities, and milestones for assigned areas.
• Work with leaders on internal communication project statuses and content reviews.
• Partner with marketing and media relations on shared campaigns and initiatives.
