JOB TYPE - Salary Exempt SHIFTS - Monday - Friday 8-5 PAY - Between $68276 - $94,000 (based on experience) The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 8/7/2026 What you'll be doing day to day As an Information & Communication Specialist, responsible for developing strategic communication plans to ensure operational success within the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will: - Lead strategic communication initiatives within the unit in alignment with matrix partners. - Promote communications best practices, securing resources for the unit strategic communications plan. - Find new, innovative communication solutions that deliver business results and reach strategic objectives. - Actively push for improvement of content creation, driving effectiveness and efficiency in communication fit. - Support the unit leadership team with identifying opportunities to apply or enhance communications resources. - Maintain communication resources applicable to the People objectives and requirements. - Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
