Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including people management
• Field Foreman experience is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong knowledge of HVAC and control systems
• Experience with BIM 360 Field tool

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the commissioning process at the project site
• Coordinate equipment startup dates and schedules with vendors
• Partner with QA to ensure system readiness for startup
• Schedule and attend commissioning meetings, resolving issues as needed
• Monitor project work to ensure compliance with contract documents
• Oversee QA Coordinator for timely inspections and reports
• Provide training to project crew as necessary
