Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Own commissioning strategy for first-of-a-kind designs: how modular units and BTM plants get proven, written into the design.
  • Build the commissioning reference package: scripts, checklists, and acceptance criteria versioned with the design itself.
  • Run first-of-a-kind commissioning personally: first units through Level 5 with your name on the results.
  • Feed everything back: commissioning findings driving design revisions, not just punch lists.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've led commissioning for data centers or power infrastructure.
  • You've commissioned first-of-a-kind systems where the script didn't exist yet.
  • You write commissioning documentation field teams execute clean.
  • You disposition failures fast: fix, waive, or redesign, with reasons.
  • You've pushed commissioning lessons upstream into design.
  • Bonus: Commissioning automation exposure. CxA or equivalent credentials. BTM and generation commissioning. Integrated systems test design.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
