Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience. - 3+ years of experience in startup and commissioning of industrial or water/wastewater systems. - Strong knowledge of Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) and Systems Integration. - Proficiency in project planning and scheduling, including the use of lookahead tools and commissioning tracking systems. - Solid understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and risk management. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams. - Familiarity with commissioning software tools and reporting platforms. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
