Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. This position offers tremendous growth potential and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within budget and on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ability to work with preconstruction team in development of project.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and effectively communicated.
  • Review project proposals, contracts, and specifications, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures.
  • Create Prime Contract Pay Application and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including procurement of materials, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and on-site personnel.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and resolution of any conflicts or disputes.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, promoting a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Mentor and train junior project management staff, fostering their professional growth and development.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management (preferably in multifamily and clubhouse projects).
  • Highly proficient in project management software including but not limited to Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials, as well as building codes and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve problems and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
