About the RoleAs a Commercial Service Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing field operations, supporting and guiding technicians, and ensuring high-quality service for our commercial clients. From overseeing job tickets to providing hands-on technical support, your leadership will set the tone for performance, safety, and service excellence. You must be comfortable participating in the on-call rotation, including dispatching and supporting on-call technicians when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage job tickets daily, working closely with field technicians, estimators, and support staff
- Order and oversee materials for projects
- Lead a team of service technicians and apprentices, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct daily jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Answer technical questions and provide real-time training and support
- Set and uphold clear expectations around job performance, safety, and code compliance
- Participate in on-call scheduling, including dispatching and direct support when required
Qualifications- Proven experience in commercial plumbing (10 years of experience preferred)
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Computer and electronic device proficiency
