Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth and profitability.
What You'll Do:- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive organic growth, new business, and customer retention
- Partner with operations and marketing to improve profitability and performance
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and budget performance
- Manage CRM usage, sales processes, and performance metrics
- Support pricing strategy, vendor relationships, and compensation planning
What You Bring:- 5+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Experience with data analysis and performance reporting (Power BI a plus)
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
