About the Role:

SERVPRO Team Landers is looking for a sharp and driven Commercial Project Estimator to join our growing team in Chino, CA. In this role, you'll play a critical part in winning commercial restoration projects by delivering accurate, competitive estimates that set the foundation for project success. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial water, fire, mold, and restoration projects
  • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate scope of damage and project requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, crews, and clients to ensure estimate accuracy and alignment
  • Utilize Xactimate or similar estimating software to develop professional, itemized project bids
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients throughout the estimating process
  • Track and follow up on submitted estimates to support business development and sales conversion
  • Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, revisions, and project correspondence

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in restoration, construction, or commercial project estimating required
  • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction, remediation, or mitigation scopes of work
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and insurance professionals
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently in the field and office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
