THE COMMERCIAL PLUMBING FOREMAN WE'RE LOOKING FORMinimum Requirements:- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Solid knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew and delegate tasks
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Physical ability to regularly stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work in active construction environments (trenches, mechanical rooms, and elevated areas)
Bonus Criteria:- Journeyman plumbing license
- Experience as a foreman or similar supervisory position for commercial projects
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-phase construction projects
THE DIFFERENCE YOU'LL MAKEAs our Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you'll lead your team in completing exceptional work on active construction sites. You'll oversee projects from beginning to end, strategically handling the behind-the-scenes matters that keep jobs smooth, efficient, and profitable. Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):
- Planning daily activities and assigning tasks to crew members
- Coordinating plumbing installations according to blueprints, specifications, and engineered plans
- Ensuring all installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Collaborating with project managers, contractors, engineers, inspectors, and other trade professionals to ensure consistency across all project stages
- Training apprentices and junior plumbers
- Managing materials, equipment, and jobsite resources
- Swiftly addressing roadblocks and solving problems to keep projects on track and within budget
- Keeping the work area as clean, safe, and organized as possible
