Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 4 - 8 years of commercial litigation experience, and we welcome all experience levels to apply. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation. Trial experience is preferred.

Candidates can be licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee.
