Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial leasing experience with Tenant Improvement Process knowledge
• Bachelor's degree required
• Broker, Real Estate, Salesperson License or equivalent certification
• High proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Excel
• Outgoing personality with strong social interaction skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Skilled negotiator with a persuasive approach
• Informed about current market trends and opportunities
• Goals-focused with a drive to exceed leasing targets
