Full Job Description
Position Summary:

Overseeing HVAC projects from initiation to completion. This role involves close coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Review and interpret HVAC plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track project status and ensure quality control.
