Commercial Construction HVAC Estimator to join our growing commercial division.

🔧 What You'll Do- Analyze blueprints, project plans, and specs to understand full HVAC scope.
- Prepare detailed labor, material, and subcontractor cost estimates.
- Create, present, and refine bids for commercial projects.
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subs.
- Use bid data and research to generate thorough cost analyses.
- Participate in job site walkthroughs and pre-bid meetings.
- Track actual project costs to improve future estimating accuracy.
- Support value engineering efforts to enhance cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and trade partners.
🧰 What You Bring- Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC field experience
- Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows
- Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications
- Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational, analytical, and budgeting skills
